Charissa Faith

Wow! Just when I thought taking pictures of a 3 year old were difficult at least most of the time they cooperate more for you than little ones on the go!! =)
Charissa turned one on Feb. 13th and I hadn't really had the chance to take too many pictures of her since then!! I have always tried to take pictures of them at each age in some form or another. I used to make signs on the computer for Josie when she was little and took them monthly until she turned a year old.
In these shots I'm using our homemade numbers again! This time of course the number 1! Charissa thought the number tasted pretty good. I'm not sure that these are going to hold up to the necessary standards for the little ones!!
I've also learned that taking pictures AFTER they have had a nap works SO much better!!

Enjoy!!

Little Miss Charissa =)

Above is the happy baby we all know so well!

I love how she held the number! That just happened it was most definitely NOT posed!

Josie's Third Birthday Photo Shoot

I did a short photo shoot of Josie today! She's very excited about turning three or "free" as she says it! I have been looking around for numbers to be able to include them in my shots and my mom came up with the idea to make them ourselves out of foam. So in the picture you see the foam number 3 for Josie turning 3!!!

The homemade numbers really turned out well! Much cheaper too!!!

Random candid pose of Josie and her number 3 above!

This one is one of my favorite shots of her! She loves the camera!

The numbers seem to be a good size for now to at least start out with!!! I'm working on getting the rest of them together! So call us for a photo shoot!!!

Hello Everyone!!!

Hello Everyone!!!

I'm starting this blog so that I can post some of my pictures and show some of my work that I have done recently. I'm working on setting up a website but I have to figure out which host site will be best to use.

I will be looking for people and places to take pictures of so if anyone would like to do a photo shoot please let me know!!! I'm working on cleaning out my garage of all of our boxes (yea!!!) so that I can set an area up in the garage to shoot pictures!! I have looked at a few different places to have a studio and I think this way is going to be the cheapest and most convenient way to start out!!! I'm excited because I feel like I'm finally getting somewhere with all of this. I know I have an eye for it and can do it, I just had to figure out where to start!!!

So if anyone is interested in doing a photo shoot please contact me at shellywardphotography@gmail.com with your contact information, who or what I will be taking pictures of and when you would like to set it up!!
